Terms and Conditions

1. Description of Service

PigaRada provides an online platform that allows users to trade event-based contracts on the outcomes of future events.

Each contract represents a proposition about a future event that resolves to YES (true) or NO (false) based on objective criteria defined in the market rules.

Users may buy or sell contracts based on their assessment of the likelihood of an event occurring.

The Platform operates as a marketplace for trading event contracts and does not provide financial, investment, or betting advice.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • Successfully complete identity verification if requested

PigaRada may restrict or terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Account Registration

To participate in markets you must create an account.

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your login credentials, and notify PigaRada of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Users may deposit funds into their PigaRada wallet through supported payment methods such as mobile money services (e.g., M-Pesa), card payments, or payment gateways or crypto wallets.

All deposits are credited to the user's internal wallet balance.

Withdrawals may be requested subject to identity verification, fraud prevention checks, and platform limits.

PigaRada reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawals where suspicious activity is detected.

5. Trading Event Contracts

Each market on the Platform contains a clearly defined event proposition.

Users may purchase YES or NO contracts. Contract prices represent the market's implied probability of the event occurring.

Contracts may be bought, sold, or held until settlement.

Trades are matched between users on the Platform and liquidity is not guaranteed.

6. Market Resolution and Settlement

Markets resolve according to the rules specified in the market description.

Winning contracts pay 1 unit of currency per contract while losing contracts pay 0.

PigaRada may verify event outcomes, delay settlement if outcomes are disputed, or cancel markets in exceptional circumstances.

Settlement decisions are final.

7. Fees

PigaRada may charge fees for trading, deposits, withdrawals, spread or other services.

Applicable fees will be disclosed on the Platform and may change with notice.

8. Risk Disclosure

Trading event contracts involves financial risk. Market prices fluctuate and loss of funds is possible.

Users are responsible for their trading decisions.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users may not manipulate markets, use unauthorized automated bots, exploit platform vulnerabilities, engage in fraud or money laundering, or use the Platform for illegal purposes.

Accounts violating these rules may be suspended or terminated.

10. Suspension or Termination

PigaRada may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in suspicious activity, or fail identity verification.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis.

PigaRada shall not be liable for market losses, user trading decisions, payment provider failures, service interruptions, or events outside our control.

12. Platform Ownership

The PigaRada platform, including its software, intellectual property, and global operations, is owned and controlled by EMMMW LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the State of Wyoming, United States.

EMMMW LLC operates the PigaRada brand and provides the underlying technology infrastructure used to deliver services through the PigaRada platform.

13. Local Operating Entities

To provide services in specific jurisdictions, PigaRada operates through locally incorporated entities that are responsible for the provision of services and compliance with local laws.

Each such entity operates under license or authorization from EMMMW LLC to provide PigaRada services within its respective jurisdiction.

14. Determination of Contracting Entity

The entity responsible for providing services to a user will generally be determined based on the user's country of residence or location at the time of registration or use of the platform.

By accessing or using the PigaRada platform, users agree that their contractual relationship will be with the applicable local operating entity responsible for services in their jurisdiction.

15. Role of EMMMW LLC

EMMMW LLC acts primarily as the holding and technology provider for the PigaRada platform. Except where required by law, EMMMW LLC does not directly provide services to end users in jurisdictions where local operating entities have been established.

Local operating entities are responsible for regulatory compliance, user operations, and service delivery within their respective territories.

16. Platform Availability

We aim to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability due to maintenance, technical issues, or network disruptions.

17. Geographic Restrictions and Eligibility

Access to and use of the PigaRada platform may be restricted in certain jurisdictions due to legal, regulatory, or operational considerations.

Users must ensure that accessing or using the PigaRada platform is permitted under the laws applicable to their place of residence or location.

Without limiting the foregoing, the PigaRada platform is not intended for use by individuals located in jurisdictions where such services are prohibited or restricted by law. Such jurisdictions may include, but are not limited to, the United States and any other territory designated by PigaRada from time to time.

PigaRada reserves the right to implement technical measures including geolocation filtering, identity verification, and account suspension to prevent access from restricted jurisdictions.

Users who access the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so without authorization and may have their accounts suspended or terminated without notice.

18. Privacy

Use of the Platform is also governed by the PigaRada Privacy Policy.

19. Modifications to Terms

PigaRada may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the contracting entity providing services to the user.

Where services are provided by a local operating entity, the laws of the jurisdiction in which that entity is incorporated shall apply.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the PigaRada platform shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties. If such dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.

The seat of arbitration shall be determined by the applicable contracting entity or, where required, by applicable law. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent PigaRada or its affiliated entities from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary.
